On April 12-13, 2006 the President Hotel" hosted the ‘Third International Conference - "Modern Filling Station (AZS): Petroleum market products, trends, equipment, AZSs’ operation"

Through the initiative and active participation of Douglas Consulting Management, a department of “Innovative Project Management” in the State Academy of Professional Training and Development for Top management and Investment specialists, has been established. It was done in order to create continuous professional training for top managers, conduct scientific researches and to develop innovative projects.

Main directions of professional training and development:
• industrial economics and corporate management
• management and marketing
• human resource management
• labor protection
• financial management
• investment project analysis

The department offers trainings on transport safety, design, construction and maintenance of roadside services: (fuel and service complexes, motels, hotels, shopping centers and others).

Standard programs are provided for our audience, as well as educational programs which are developed based on a customer-oriented approach and adapted to meet the specific needs and activities of our customers. We offer a number of author’s courses as well.

Main directions of scientific researches at our department:

• projects’ examination to define their innovative component, their efficiency and expediency of implementation
• development and analysis of innovative projects, systems and technologies for their management (concept, business planning, management, marketing, finances)
• enhancement of legal regulations for transport safety, development of methods on research systems and processes’ optimization
• activity optimization of roadside complex services meeting transport safety demands.
