The Fuel Department of Douglas Consulting implements an investment project of a chain of Multi-Fuel Filling Complexes (MFCs) under the nationwide EPetrol brand. The MFCs are built on Russia’s major Federal highways. The company plans to expand the chain to 100 service stations.
The EPetrol - is the only MFC chain in Russia certified in accordance with the International Certification System – (ISO 9000) which sells all types of fuel including liquified petroleum gas (LPG) and renders such services as technical support for vehicles at service stations, installation of gas equipment, car wash and tire fitting. The MFC’s cafés and shops offer a wide range of convenience goods for motorists.
The EPetrol MFC chain is developed by such companies as RC-GasNetworkService Ltd, MAZK-Service Ltd and EP-Trading Ltd that are in turn managed by Douglas Consulting.
EP-Trading Ltd is a participant of oil products wholesale market of the Russian Federation and cooperates with nearly all major oil companies including “NK ROSNEFT” OJSC, NK LUKOIL OJSC, TNK-BP OJSC, SALAVATNEFTEORGSYNTEZ OJSC, NK RUSSNEFT OJSC, and UPHIMSKIE DAVAL’TZY. EP-Trading Ltd basically implements its projects with major metallurgical, energy, and bunkering companies, however, there is a number of projects implemented with smaller industrial companies which purchase oil products through EP-Trading on a monthly basis. Geography of oil products deliveries covers all the territory of RF. Monthly trading volume runs up to 50 000 tons. Under this, main trading portion falls on the black oil products.
