The Land Department of the Management Company Douglas Consulting upports implementation of the projects related to the differently purposed land plots located in the territory of Russia. Extensive working experience in this business area, close cooperation both with the state bodies and specialized government organizations, deep knowledge of land laws and related practice enables to solve wide range of different matters related to the land issues both at the level of municipal government and at the level of regional authorities.

The Land Department - is a cohesive team of skilled professionals working in the field of project development from the ‘zero stage’ onwards. The team consists of project and financial managers, marketing and construction specialists, realtors and legal experts..

Our managers are highly-skilled experts possessing working experience in the implementation of similar projects who have accumulated knowledge in the land management field.

The Land Department works in close cooperation with other divisions within the Douglas Consulting, Group, as well as with a number of financial institutes, governmental bodies and authorities.

The Land Department undertakes the following tasks:

• selection of a land plot ( including land plots purposed for the construction)
• receipt and coordination of the Deed on the selection of a land plot
• receipt of the regional (municipal) administration resolution on approval of the Deed on the selection of a land plot and edges plan
• receipt of cadastral passports at the FSD “CC” (Cadastral Chamber)
• change of the land plot category
• transfer of the land plot to another category
• receipt of resolution on lease of the land plot
• submission of the relevant documents to the registration chamber of the land plot location

More than 110 differently purposed land plots located in the territories of the Central, Northwest, and Volga River Federal districts of Russia of total area of more than 237,5 hectares are currently under supervision of the Land Department.

Moscow region
• - 41 land plots of total area of more than 90 hectares.

Kaluga region
• - 6 land plots of total area of more than 5 hectares.

Bryansk region
• - 2 land plots of total area of more than 1,5 hectares.

Tula region
• - 3 land plots of total area of more than 2 hectares.

Yaroslav region
• - 3 land plots of total area of more than 2 hectares.

Land plots located in the territory of the Northwest federal district:

Tver region
• - 19 land plots of total area of more than 27 hectares.

Leningrad region
• - 9 land plots of total area of more than 30 hectares.

Pskov region
• - 15 land plots of total area of more than 12,5 hectares.

Novgorod region
• - 9 land plots of total area of more than 57 hectares.

Republic of Karelia
• - 3 land plots of total area of more than 1,5 hectares.
